Dear Valued Customers,
First and foremost, Global Petroleum Bank (GPBank) would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and continued use of our services.
Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 28, 2024, regarding the opening and use of payment accounts at payment service providers, GPBank would like to inform our customers as follows:
- To ensure uninterrupted transactions via GPBank’s online banking platform (GP.IB), starting from May 22, 2025, we kindly invite customers to visit the nearest GPBank transaction point at the earliest convenience to update biometric data.
- If customers do not update their biometric data, GPBank will temporarily suspend GP.IB transactions as follows:
- Individual customers: Suspension effective from July 1, 2025
- Corporate customers: Suspension effective from January 1, 2026
