GP.eCom – Electronic commercial service
Using GP.eCom, you can make payments and purchase goods right on the websites of online service providers a convenient, fast, accurate and highly secured manner.

Service advantages
  • Shopping and paying for goods and services on hundreds of providers’ websites such as Vietnam Railways, Ngan Luong, The Gioi Di Dong, Mua Chung, Megabuy, Bao Kim, etc.
  • GPBank offers an additional layer of protection for online payment transactions with payment passwords to enhance the security of customer transactions. Such passwords are at the customers’ discretion and custody and can be changed upon demand.

How to make payment via GP.eCom
To make payments, follow the steps below:
  • Step 1: Go to the selling website and select to pay with your domestic debit card.
  • Step 2: Make payment by entering the card information and transaction password.
    • The transaction password is structured as xxxxABCDEF.
    • In which:
    • xxxx is payment password.
    • ABCDEF is a string sent by GPBank to your registered phone number.
  • Step 3: Verify the information and confirm payment.

GP.mPlus – Mobile Banking Service
GP.mPlus allows you to use a service application installed on your mobile devices such as phones, tablets, etc. and your password set by yourself to carry out transactions provided by GPBank.

GP.mPlus is intended for individual customers who have accounts with GPBank and use mobile devices (phones, tablets) with internet connections.

Instant 24/7 interbank transfer service
This is a service that allows you to use your card or account to transfer money and receive money from other banks, with the money credited immediately when the transaction is successful even outside business hours and on holidays.

CBFT - Cross-Border Fund Transfer service
The Cross-Border Fund Transfer (CBFT) is a service that allows you to transfer funds from your account/card opened/issued in a country to an account/card of another bank in another country in real time (funds are transferred to the beneficiary account immediately after the transaction is made).
 
Service advantages
  • Diversified channels: At the banks counter; at ATMs; the service will soon available on the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.
  • The transaction amount is credited to the recipient’s account as soon as the remitter completes the transaction.
  • Fund transfers can be made via account number or card number.
  • The recipient does not pay any charge.
  • Limit: USD 5,000 per transfer. No transfer limit per day.
Users and conditions of use
  • Transferring funds to overseas:
    • All customers with or without accounts conducting transactions at the counter/ATMs/ via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking of the banks in countries such as China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Russian Federation, etc.
    • In the initial stage, the service has been linked to the banks of the Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearing Institutes (KFTC).
  • Receiving funds in Vietnam:
    • All customers with current accounts opened with GPBank.

  • You can receive funds transferred from KFTC Korea’s banks, including major banks such as Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Citibank Korea, Hana Bank, etc.
